MDF offers management training in different settings, from planning to execution. We do it to support development organisations, NGOs, and foundations in creating a better world and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. We believe that through effective learning, we can create meaningful and long-lasting positive impact.
We offer a range of management training services tailored to meet your organisation's specific needs. They are conducted with the highest standards of professionalism and can be accessed on-location, online, or in blended settings.
It's simple: we make the theory work. We co-create with organisations to ensure our training sessions are engaging, interactive and fun. We guarantee learning aligned with your preferences, goals, time and budget.
When it comes to training, we take a unique approach:
Experience in the sector
Learning trajectories are the core of MDF. It's how we started, 4 decades ago, which gave us a long trajectory of experience and knowledge about the sector and how to make learning constructive.
Flexible learning schedules
Suitable for participants with busy schedules, allowing them to engage in learning for just a few hours per week.
Trainer as a facilitator of collective knowledge
The trainer's role in our approach is to facilitate the use of group intelligence and experience. We trust that everyone has something to share related to a topic and that we can all learn from each other.
Participants are fully engaged through creative activities, role-playing, apps, games, and other methods. At MDF, numerous interactions are utilised in training sessions. Following brain-based principles, music and emotional work are employed to stimulate motivation and foster a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.
We promote online learning, reducing travel and supporting sustainability.
Use visuals for memorisation
At MDF, we love visuals. They enrich our PowerPoint slides to make people visualise the main concepts. The same visuals are often reproduced in Mural when we work online or simply by using cards and Post-its face-to-face. Visuals facilitate comprehension and help retain messages in long-term memory.
It was a great experience, we gained new skills. An additional point was building networks with colleagues from different working areas and different Regional Offices, something that doesn't happen often
