The Indonesia office was established in 2010 on the tropical ‘Island of the Gods’, Bali, Indonesia. The office is staffed with 8 full-time international and national personnel including four senior trainers/consultants and financial controller and administration. As one of five Asia offices, the Indonesia office has an extensive network within the Southeast and South Asian region, as well as globally.

The Indonesia office has hands on experience working on a variety of assignments at the international and local level. We have worked closely with a vast range of local organisations (community groups & NGOs), international organisations & institutions (INGOs, multi- and bi-lateral organisations), local & national governments, education institutions & private sector companies. In addition to providing regular open-entry trainings and delivering tailor-made trainings on project management, personal effectiveness and high-performing organisations, we also have ample experience in managing large programs worth several million Euros. Some large projects/programs that we have recently managed and/or provided technical assistance to include:

NICHE project with Lemhanas RI: Enhancing the management and implementing capacity of the prestigious institution to deliver gender sensitive and relevant education, training and research.

Young Water Professional (YWP) Programme with the Ministry of Public Works: Strengthening the capacity of young professionals in the ministry to manage multi-stakeholder projects, especially in the area of soft skills.

Nuffic NPT programme with 9 institutions of higher learning (4 Polytechnic and 5 Universities) in Eastern Indonesia: Strengthening institutional and improving the quality of education, research and community services including module development and Training of Trainers;

MAMPU Programme (DFAT funded): Most Significant Change (MSC) module development and Training of Trainers, technical assistance for developing Partner Sustainability Plans.
