Our Bangladesh office in partnership with VEI, supported Dhaka WASA (DWASA) in its effort to reduce non-revenue water (NRW) through developing innovative training modules on leakage registration and change management, integrated into DWASA’s Smart Water Management Tool (SWMT). Our module targeted executive engineers, DMA managers, and call center staff- enhancing their capacity for real-time monitoring and data-driven maintenance.
MDF Bangladesh led a structured change management process to enhance readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and knowledge management. The initiative aimed to strengthen institutional performance and service delivery through digital transformation and continuous improvement.
