Every facilitator has been there. One participant dominates the discussion, another stays silent, a disagreement turns personal, or the energy in the room drops and does not come back. These moments can derail a session, but they also tell you something about the group and what it needs.
In this one-hour webinar, our trainer and consultant Hady looks at the dynamics that make groups difficult to work with and how experienced facilitators respond to them. We will explore questions such as: What causes resistance in a group? When should you intervene, and when is it better to let the group work it out? How do you keep a session on track without shutting people down?
The session draws on real examples from MDF training practice and leaves room for participants to bring their own situations.
