Following the success of the course's previous cohort supported by IFC, MDF is now opening registrations for our third cohort. Women play a critical role in Indonesia’s industrial sector, particularly in garment, footwear, and manufacturing industries. Many already serve as line leaders, team leaders, or group leaders on production lines, yet their leadership development is often informal and limited. IWLA Wave 3 builds on the experience of IWLA Wave 2, focusing on practical leadership development that strengthens women’s performance while supporting companies in advancing gender equality, ESG commitments, and social compliance.

This course is designed to strengthen women’s leadership in Indonesia’s manufacturing sector by building practical skills in communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and confidence. Through a supportive and interactive learning journey, participants develop personal leadership foundations and workplace influence skills that directly improve performance on the production floor.

Companies benefit through stronger team coordination, improved productivity, and progress toward gender equality, ESG commitments, and social compliance. The course creates a pipeline of capable women leaders who can drive positive workplace culture, operational excellence, and inclusive business growth.
