The Organizational Capacity for Sustainable Change (OCSC) course is designed to systematically assess, analyze and design the strategic direction of your organization to maximize impact. This course is highly suitable to be attended by two or (preferably) three participants from the same organization, who will then be able to practice the tools and theories on their own organization and hence end the course with a relevant organizational action plan.
Through a structured yet practical approach, participants explore their organizational context, clarify strategic priorities, and assess internal and external capacities that influence performance. The course equips teams with proven frameworks to strengthen relevance, effectiveness, and long-term sustainability.
Working as a team ensures immediate application of learning. Participants collaborate to translate analysis into a concrete, organisation-specific action plan, enabling informed decision-making and sustained change beyond the course.
