During the last decade, results-based management (RBM) has gained much influence in international cooperation. Still, many organisations struggle to plan for real and sustainable change and with designing results-oriented. RBM, with a focus on sustainable development results, has consequences for the entire organisation: for planning and for how information is generated and used for decision taking, accountability, and communication. Learning how to develop a project with the help of the Theory of Change, design a good results framework and develop a monitoring system is a first step to integrate RBM in your organisation
