The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is the leading inter-governmental organisation in the field of migration. With 165 member states, offices in over 100 countries, IOM is dedicated to promote humane and orderly migration.
The challenge
The client IOM needed to roll out various training programmes to their wide network of heads of mission and field staff. They are busy people with time constraints, often located in remote areas.
IOM had existing learning modules previously given face-to-face. They also have a learning management system: iLearn. IOM's existing modules had to be 'flipped' into engaging, self-paced and blended learning sessions on their online learning platform.
