Our learning trajectory services

We conduct our training programmes at our offices, your own premises, or at any other suitable venue. We can also do this either fully or partly online. The duration of the trajectory depends on your needs, the complexity of the topic, and the number of participants. We train all cadres: from junior to senior, from farmer to minister.

Learning services we deliver:

  • Personal learning needs analysis and dialogue about the desired learning outcomes.
  • Co-created learning trajectories, mixing methods such as case studies, games, exercises, debates, study visits, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Direct delivery of capacity building, training of your trainers, and follow-up.
  • Transitioning your offline content to interactive online modules, self-paced or facilitated.
  • Boosting trainees' confidence to contribute to their professional development.
  • Post-training follow-up and coaching, individual or in small groups.
  • Specific personal sessions performed by certified MDF trainers, including the SDGs Game, MBTI and DISC.

We deliver learning sessions on a large variety of management topics. We also cover newly emerging management challenges, such as remote M&E, leading virtual teams, sensemaking, circular economy expertise, greening the office, and more.

"It was a great experience, we gained new skills. An additional point was building networks with colleagues from different working areas and different Regional Offices, something that doesn't happen often".
