Training & Facilitation Skills

Many development professionals want to create social impact through behaviour change. A key way to promote this is through learning trajectories. Indeed, one-off trainings are losing ground in favour of longer learning journeys. But all trainers and facilitators need to understand how people learn, and how to apply various interactive (online) training methods. They often need design their own sessions, exercises and training materials. For optimal learning it is also essential to manage group dynamics, and strike a balance between theory and practice in a fun and engaging environment.

Online Course

Daily start time: 9.00 am Central European Summer time (tentative). Please convert this time into your local time. You will study half-day (3-4 hours) or full-day (6-8 hours) depending on each day's activities and exercises. The course consists of 8 days, each day has guided virtual classroom training and individual/group homework assignments. The course is based on a participatory and active learning approach.
