Organisational Development and Change

'In a world full of transitions, change is constant', the ancient Greek philosophers already knew this. To remain relevant, organisations need to critically assess their own functioning and understand the rapidly changing outside world. This requires a wide variety of competencies like analysing organisational capacity, developing new strategies, strengthening partnerships, and promote learning and innovation. Are you ready to shape meaningful change and empower your people to take responsibility?

  • Get acquainted with inspiring approaches for facilitating change, e.g. the appreciative inquiry tools
  • Practise with proven organisational diagnostic and dialogue tools, e.g. organisational analysis checklists
  • Reflect on your role and the skills and styles you need to facilitate change processes
  • Define your own organisational ambition and develop your own case and change action plan
