Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

In this extended Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning course you will apply our five-step approach together with a set of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools, methods, and practices in real-time on your M&E plan. You practice the steps, tools, and methods through various assignments and get direct feedback from trainers & peers. You also have a unique opportunity to advise an external organisation on their M&E.

This course gives you a clear understanding of how to make better decisions throughout your program and project life cycles, based on reliable and consistent data and information. During the training, you will acquire essential skills and knowledge on how to analyze what (organizational) changes are required to achieve sound and sustainable results.
