Fundraising & Resource Mobilisation

Competition in the donor funding market is stiff these days. But, there are many strategies NGOs can employ to mobilise resources. Organisations often rely on singular funding streams from donors, which are limited in time. Successful NGOs know their competitive advantage and unique selling points. They have key messages ready to convince their funding partners. In this training, we assist you to navigate the complex but wide-open landscape of funding opportunities. Together we will develop a resource mobilisation strategy and plan.
