Team Leadership Development Module II
This training aims to create an understanding about the tasks and roles of managers and leaders as well as leadership styles. Furthermore, the module addresses communication skills and the art if giving feedback, group dynamics and team roles as well as how to facilitate meetings.
Target Group
National and international professionals as well as young international volunteers and interns working the development and public sector.
