Institutional Development Support
We understand Institutional Development to mean support for the improved performance of public, private and civic organizations and their staff in order to deliver effective services to their intended users or clients. It is also about creating scope for different actors and stakeholders to be consulted and to influence policy and decision-making processes around them. Most important, perhaps: it is about people and their relationships as individuals and between their organisations.
Our Institutional Development Support unit offers a range of consulting, training and tailor-made services within the four areas illustrated below in the graphic.

On the following web pages we have presented these core areas of expertise with practical descriptions and
illustrations. We have also provided different examples of our types of services from actual assignments, be that
consultancies or conducted trainings to illustrate our experiences and the types of clients we work with.
Should you wish to know more about what we are offering and how we can accommodate our services and support to meet
your particular needs, please do not hesitate to contact any of our staff for an informal exploratory talk.
