1.5. Lifelines
| Objectives |
To help participants get to know more about each other beyond name and job title |
| Materials |
Flipchart sheets and permanent markers for each participant |
| Time |
20-30 minutes |
| Procedure |
-
Ask participants to take a sheet of the flipchart and draw a single line on the longest side, from one end to the other. At the left end they note "Birth" and on the right end "Present day"
-
Now participants can record important life events along the timeline (personal, professional or just interesting facts)
-
When finished, let them take turns in explaining their lifelines to the group
|
| Remarks |
You could decide to put "present day" more to the left of the line, to create the opportunity for participants to share how they see their future |
3.9 No Laughing

- Now just say the word "HA" to the first participant, sit back and enjoy the scene
