What is included in the course fee?
Course fee includes tuition, an individual course file, refreshments, lunch and certificate. The fee excludes local taxes (in particular the 12.5% VAT and 2.5% NHIL). Clients outside Ghana are excluded from local taxes. A complementary excursion outside Accra will be organised for the 10 day courses. Payment is in Euro, or the equivalent in Ghana cedis or US dollars.
Where do courses take place?
Ghana
The training courses in Ghana will take place in the conference training room of GILLBT Guesthouse. It is situated within the plush East Cantonments residential area. It is strategically located 10 minutes drive away from the airport and easy to reach to the central business and shopping districts in Accra.

Where can I stay?

Accommodation can be booked at or near the training venue at a reasonable rate.
GILLBT Guesthouse – Training venue
The rooms at the training venue, GILLBT Guesthouse, are simple but clean, situated in a pleasant garden. Breakfast is included and dinner available on request for GH¢ 8. Each room has free access to a kitchen with fridge, filtered water and a cooker. You pay a bit extra (GH¢ 3) for use of internet and air-conditioning.

Pentagon Inn
Pentagon Inn is at a walking distance to the training venue. The rooms have television, A/C and wireless internet. Breakfast is included. The hotel has a small swimming pool and a kitchen that may be used by the guests.

Travel and Visa
Participants are responsible for transport to/from Ghana and for personal insurance while in Ghana.
When coming from abroad, participants must ensure that they have a valid passport and visa. MDF can assist to obtain a Visa on Arrival for participants residing in a country without Ghanaian Embassy. To know whether you’ll need a visa, please consult the website of the Ghana Immigration Service at www.ghanaimmigration.org/visa_info.htm
