What can we offer to your organisation?
We bring organisation and management expertise through training and advisory services. You may wish to seek our assistance for: strategic orientation, participatory planning, management, advocacy & policy influencing, organisation and sector development, monitoring, evaluation, train-the-trainers and process facilitation.
We are currently involved in a two-year training programme for the Ghanaian National Health Insurance Authority and training programmes for Universities in Ghana and Benin.
As such, we provide expertise on project management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, financial & economic analysis, design & management of change processes and human resource development.
MDF West Africa also acts as facilitator in workshops and various strategic orientation processes.
Learning and Facilitating change
MDF West Africa works in partnership with public, private and non-government organisations to achieve sustainable development and poverty alleviation. We provide high quality training and consultancy services to strengthen the management capacities of professionals and organisations, from community to policy-level.

Although open-entry training
programmes have the benefit of being able to share experiences and discuss with staff of other organisations, there are
