“Thanks so much for the course which allowed reflecting & discussing work-related issues. I got some good insights which will be very helpful for future projects.”
- A participant in a tailor-made project management course.
MDF SA offers tailor-made trainings specifically adapted to the needs and specific context of an organization. The needs of individual organisations and their staff often demand that training packages reflect their own context in order to be of immediate use. Tools, approaches and methodologies from any training course must find their use within the setting of the organisations and the people who will be applying them. Tailor-made training courses are able to do exactly that.

They ensure that the individual organisation or group of organisations, if part of a network or an association, can recognize themselves and can critically reflect on the value added of each tool or approach offered to address their specific set of challenges and to take advantage of appearing opportunities. If more than 5 people in an organization need training, a tailor-made course is also budgetary more preferable.
Course content, duration, location and language (English, Singhalese or Tamil) can all be adapted to the learning needs and convenience of the client organisation.
Why a tailor-made course or workshop?
- Optimal relevance by tuning course programme to training needs of your organization.
- Choice of timing, location and country, language (English, Tamil, Sinhala) at your own convenience.
- Modalities adapted to suit your learning needs
- Modular approach can be adopted and eventual follow-up action (e.g. coaching)
- More economic than open-entry courses in case of 5 or more participants.
