Practising what we preach: MDF PI's current projects
MDF PI also operates as a project management office. On behalf of institutional donors we manage and implement development projects and programs.
Currently, we are managing four long-term projects to strengthen higher education institutions in Eastern Indonesia, for four years (2009-2012). These projects operate in the Indonesian public administration reform context, leading to a shift in responsibilities from the government to the education institutions.
The projects deal with management, HRM/D, revenue generation and curriculum improvement, and assist the institutions to become transparent, accountable, professional and competency-based.
CAPACITY STRENGTHENING TOPICS OF OUR EDUCATION PROJECTS
These projects are aiming at two complementary general objectives:
- Improvement of education, research and community services
- Strengthening institutional management
