Our approach
By the end of our trainings, participants leave with take away messages, tips and action plans. The focus is on depth experience and application of skills and tools rather than on lecturing, with a theory–practice ratio of 20–80%. Typically our groups are 12 - 25 participants, enabling high levels of interaction and personal attention and getting to the bottom of the issues, while you will leave with clear take-aways. .
Trainers and language
Our trainings are conducted by an international trainer, assisted by a national trainer (who will provide translation where required). Our trainers are professionals in their own field, and take the initiative to create good and sincere working relations with our clients.
