EU MODULAR PROGRAMME

EDF and EU Budget procedures : We have successfully managed two consecutive training programmes on EDF procedures for the ACP-EU cooperation actors (1998 – 2009) and a similar programe for the ENPI countries on Budget procedures, see MDF experience list and search EDF or ENPI.

Now we continue offering a range of training modules on various subjects related to programme management funded by the EC external aid instruments. Intended for NAO/ representatives beneficiary countries, technical ministries, project staff and consulting organisations implementing projects.

EU OPEN ENTRY COURSES

EDF and EU Budget procedures : We offer several trainings in the field of

• public procurement, decentralised operations aimed specifically to persons working as technical assistants, consultancy organisations and beneficiaries of EU external cooperation;
• grants for those involved in fundraising, proposal writing and grant management.
